Weekly Reflection

This amazing fun week I have learnt about time in pangarau.l learnt  there is 60 seconds in 1 minute. I also learnt about the patu in kaupapa mutual. I found reading very challenging because l am still learning to sound out my words. One thing I want to do differently next week is drawing in tuhituhi because I am sure we can do it with writing.

what l Iearned thisweek

This week I learnt 2 things in my akomanga. I learnt how to split numbers in pangarau and how to brainstorm now to make a card .Splitting numbers is breaking up the number into groups. We brainstormed how to for Whaea Rachel  who is leaving next week.

I have found one challenge this week it was pangarau. I just don’t get it. reading.

Next week I would like to write with less spelling mistakes

Different events

On Friday 25 October Rawhiti Athletics day i thought it was time consuming l did not like the  sprints, shot put and discus

I thought it was time consuming because everything that I did I did not like. I do not think it matters if I come first or last. I still would not like athletics. I think they put too much on winning and not enough on participating and most of the events I can not understand.

I did shot put, discus and high jump. My favorite was the high jump because it got higher and higher and it felt a little bit like I was flying like a bird. Which was cool. I also enjoyed discus because I got to see my teacher and he encouraged me to try harder.

In conclusion I thought athletics day was  alright and I will try to improve all of my skills and then maybe it will be more fun.

Action Station

Something I liked about  D&D was that we talked about the characters and made a map. I liked that we got to make our own map. We didn’t have time to explore it though I didn’t like that I couldn’t be my  favorite character. Something I didn’t understand was that we couldn’t do our map but  D&D   said we couldn’t we had to give him the sheets
